Finding the way back to yourself…

Healing isn’t a destination—it’s a homecoming. Integrate your mind and body to live more authentically as you and connect more deeply to yourself and to those you love.

Find a sense of balance, from the inside out.

Most of us are taught to live from the neck up-analyzing, overthinking, and trying to solve our way into happiness. But true healing isn’t just an intellectual exercise. It happens when you finally stop fighting your internal experience and start listening to it. It’s about connecting the different parts of your internal world—even the ones that feel loud or overwhelming— and discovering the wisdom and guidance they hold for the journey.

Are you feeling:

  • Disconnected? Like you’re watching your life happen from the sidelines?

  • Overwhelmed? Stuck in a cycle of anxiety that your mind can’t seem to “talk” it’s way out of.

  • Misaligned? Knowing what you think you should feel, but your body is telling a different story.

At Embodied Connections, we help you bridge the gap. We help you to hone the skills to listen internally and integrate what your body knows with how your mind thinks and to help you create a life that feels more balanced and more at peace.

How we work:

A man and a woman standing together on a nature trail surrounded by trees and bushes, with their arms around each other, under a canopy of leaves, during daytime.

Couples therapy

Move beyond circular arguments. We help partners reconnect by understanding their own part of the communication cycle and how they contribute to it while also building empathy for their partner’s experience by understanding the whole cycle that they both engage in. This creates a foundation of safety and mutual understanding.

Individual therapy

Focus on the relationship with yourself. We work to process trauma, manage anxiety, and quiet the inner critic by listening to the language of your body and reconnecting internally. We work to heal the the disconnect between who we think we “should” be and who we actually are.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

We would love to see you either by telehealth or in person at the Embodied Connections office.
